We are proud of our graduates:
Miranda Paananen – will graduate from Pillager High School on May 26th. She played trumpet in the band, sang in the choir and competed at the state level and also was involved in the school musicals. She plays softball on the high school team. When she is not engaged in school activities, she works at the Spot Cafe. Miranda plans on going to North Dakota State University in fall to get a degree in music education and music therapy. She is the daughter of John & Jennifer Paananen.
Austyn Ploshnick – will graduate from Staples Motley High School on May 26th. He plans to go CLC for two years for his generals and continue to Perdue. He desires to be an astrophysicist (the next Neil Degras Tyson). Through a school program, he will be going to Iceland, June 18 – 26, 2018. While attending SMHS, he participated in Robotics and Knowledge Bowl. Austin is the son of Tammy Westman.
Evan Wohlert – will graduate with honors from Brainerd High School on June 2nd and with 49 college credits. Evan was inducted into the National Honor Society his Junior year in high school. He plans on attending the College of St Scholastica in Duluth this fall and pursuing a degree in physical therapy. He also works part time at Legacy as a banquet server. His parents are Jeff and Dawn Wohlert and grandparents are Judy Hittle and LaVern & Delores Wohlert.
